Request-based services can generally be withdrawn before fulfilment unless non-refundable supplier costs have already been incurred.

Airline, hotel, holiday, visa, car and other supplier cancellation rules may differ. Any eligible refund is subject to supplier approval, applicable deductions and payment processing timelines.
